Terms and conditions

General terms of rent

1. Reservation
We rent the apartments ONLY TO FAMILIES. The booking is definitely confirmed after receiving the confirmation e-mail which will be sent immediately after receiving the deposit. We reserve the right to refuse the deposit which arrives after more than SEVEN days should the accommodation not be available anymore.

2. Payment
A MINIMUM of 30% of the rent must be paid as a deposit, within the period referred to in paragraph 1 (SEVEN days). The balance of the rent must be paid on arrival together with the delivery of the keys. We do not accept credit cards, so please pay either in cash or by check.

3. Cancellation

For cancellations communicated by the customer at least 30 days before the rental start date, you will receive a VOUCHER of the total amount of the deposit paid, valid for a reservation to be made in the current year or only for the following one year at Villa Ammiraglia (based on article 88 of the decree-law of 17 March 2020 n.18 and article 28 of the decree-law n.9 of 2020). The cancellations communicated before the start of the lease, however, release the customer from any obligation except for the loss of the deposit.

4. Arrival
The accommodation is available between 13.00 and 14.00 on arrival day and must be left FREE NO LATER THAN THE HOURS 9.00 am the day of departure. In case of delay please notify us immediately. Arrivals and departures out of these times require prior agreements. In case of late arrival or early departure we do not refund anything. On arrival all the tenants must provide their passport or identity card for the registration.

5. Rules of the house
You may not accommodate more people than
its is indicated in our offer. In this case children count as adults. The tenant is obliged to complete a full guest list for the property. Not registreted lodgers and visitors are forbidden. The tenant undertakes to take care of the apartment and equipment (dishes, refrigerator, mattresses, etc...). Complaints regarding the status of the apartment and will be accepted only within 24 hours after arrival. Any damaged or stolen items need to be replaced by the tenant. During the rental period after agreement, we can show the apartment for other interested parties. The main rest hours in the afternoon from 13.00 - 16.00 clock and in the evening from 23.00 clock must be respected. In the apartments pets are NOT allowed, unless agreed differently. Pets cannot be left in the apartments alone without a person taking care of them, in order to avoid eventual damage to the apartments and disturb for the other guests.

6. Pets
In accommodation, pets are not allowed, unless otherwise agreed. Pets NOT BE LEFT IN THE APARTMENTS in without a person taking care of them, in order to avoid possible damage to structures and disturb other tenants.

7. Liability
We accept no liability for personal injury, property damage, theft or other damage.

8. Departure
The apartment must be vacated
in the morning by 09.00. It must be clean, free from garbage, clean dishes and plates, empty fridge, cooking area must be clean.

9. Notes and warnings
The articles and clauses of these regulations are subject to modification in case of enactment of new regional or national laws; the client may not contest such modifications.

10. Linen and Beach Service
We do not provide sheets, towels and linen in general, beach equipment/service and anything else not expected.

11. Prices do not include the introduction of tax to stay.
